Doris Fiala strengthens PORT
We are delighted to officially welcome Doris Fiala to the Board of Directors of PORT Real Estate Development AG. At today's extraordinary general meeting on 1 December 2025, which was held online, she was elected to the body with 100% of the votes – a strong signal of confidence from our shareholders.
Doris Fiala has been accompanying PORT since the summer and has developed into an extremely committed and effective sparring partner during this time. With her many years of experience in leadership, communication and governance, as well as her broad network, she supports us far beyond a classic board role. She is passionate about our vision of creating affordable housing for the Swiss middle class and has already opened numerous doors that are of great value for the further development of PORT.
Entrepreneur, politician, bridge-builder
As an entrepreneur and founder of Fiala Kommunikation GmbH, she has accompanied organisations for many years on strategic issues, reputation development and demanding change processes. During her 16 years in the Swiss National Council, she shaped national and international mandates, including in the Council of Europe. Today she is also President of the Board of Directors of the Zurich Film Festival (ZFF) and active in further strategic functions.
Her understanding of political, economic and social interrelationships and her ability to position topics effectively make her an ideal addition to our leadership body.
