We review every project economically, legally and in terms of market relevance. On this basis we draft a structured business plan for the property development. Implementation takes place transparently through independent project entities with clearly defined responsibilities. PORT steers the entire process – from acquisition through planning and realization to sale. All involved partners are coordinated in a targeted manner. In this way, we combine data-based selection with operational execution and create sustainable structures for long-lasting real estate project development.

Two Implementation Models
PORT realizes projects in two clearly defined implementation models. The choice of model depends on the starting point and objective.
Development for Own Account
PORT directly acquires selected properties and takes on full project responsibility – from structuring through planning and construction to sale. This model enables maximum control over timing, structure and value creation.
Development with Investor Participation
Alternatively, PORT realizes projects jointly with investors. PORT takes the lead as the real-estate project developer and coordinates all partners. Investors participate on a project basis. Structure, duration and earnings profile are defined project-specifically.
