Expansion of our Advisory Board – Welcome Beat Wipf

We are very pleased to further strengthen our Advisory Board with Beat Wipf. As an experienced architect and entrepreneur, he brings comprehensive expertise in real estate development and will support PORT Real Estate Development AG in an advisory capacity going forward.

Career and expertise

Since founding Miredo AG in 2007, he has been responsible, as Managing Director and Chairman of the Board, for the development and realisation of real estate projects along the entire value chain – from acquisition through financing, marketing and realisation to turnkey handover. His many years of experience also include managing complex construction projects, optimising financing structures and developing sustainable and innovative real estate concepts.

His basic training as an architect ETH, as well as his qualifications in packaging & logistics engineering and an MBA ETH Supply Chain Management, form the basis for his interdisciplinary approach. Before his work at Miredo, he held senior positions at Energis (Schweiz) AG and Wipf AG, where he drove strategic projects in the areas of quality management, materials management and corporate development.

With his extensive experience in the real estate industry, his entrepreneurial thinking and his strategic perspective, Beat Wipf will provide valuable impetus for PORT.
