PORT expands its Advisory Board with Maximilian Dietschi

PORT is strengthening its Advisory Board with Maximilian Dietschi. The architect and real estate entrepreneur, who is also invested in PORT, combines design expertise with the perspective of a long-term owner – a combination that is particularly valuable for PORT’s data-driven project selection and consistent execution. He will support the company in assessing development projects as well as in questions of structural quality and long-term usability.

Career

Maximilian Dietschi has been working as an architect for 15 years and today runs his own architecture firm. In addition, he is responsible for the further development of various real estate portfolios. Unlike a pure project view, his perspective does not end with completion: as an owner and manager, he experiences how properties prove themselves over decades – and which qualities and potentials make the difference. He combines this experience with a forward-looking view of architecture, development and new usage possibilities.

In his own words

As an architect and long-term owner, I know that quality has to prove itself over decades, not just on handover day. PORT thinks real estate development through consistently from the very beginning – data-driven in selection, professional in execution and with a clear focus on housing that the working middle class urgently needs. I am happy to support this ambition with my experience from planning, realisation and management.
